Giving up does not equal defeat. Sometimes you have to give up. It does not mean you are giving up forever and it could be that you just need a little break.

Taking time for yourself does not mean you are selfish. It means you are wise and you understand that a little ‘me time’ will help you to rejuvenate.
(May 21- June 20)
You will be surprised by the expectations that others will place on you. Try not to get annoyed as well.
(June 21- July 22)
Give what you can, but if you are not able to give more than you have do not feel regretful. What you can give will still go as far as its supposed to go.
(July 23- August 22)
Feed your soul, body and mind with nourishment. Do not fear, do not overeat or overindulge on unhealthy food and think goodness to come as opposed to badness that has passed.
(August 23 – September 22)
You may be shocked by news from a co-worker, but others will not be surprised. In fact, within two weeks, you will hear some of the secrets that have been kept from you, and for good reasons.
(September 23- October 22)
Do not hassle your mind about where you should be in life and where you are going. Worrying about past, present and future is not what will help you. Moving and doing things differently is what will help you past the self-suffering.
(October 23- November 21)
Do not think about what you could have said or done. Simply learn from your actions and your words, and work towards what you will do next.
(November 22- December 21)
Be good to yourself. It is a great time for mental growth and physical happiness.
(December 22- January 19)
Give yourself a break from distressing.
(January 20- February 18)
Take a breath, now take another. Patience is the key.
(Feb 19- March 20)
Peace and harmony is on the rise in regards to relationships. Conflicts will cease.
